Not all requests will be posted on the PrayerNet but all requests will receive prayer. By requesting prayer via the prayer net, you are consenting to sharing this information with CCOP and its PrayerNet database. Your consent means that you have received permission to share detailed health information with CCOP and its PrayerNet members. As a result, CCOP, any subsidiary of CCOP, or any of CCOP's members that receive this information via the PrayerNet are not liable to any infractions in regards to Protected Health Information (PHI) under the 1996 HIPPA law. If you do not have the right to share this information, you will need to specify that you do not have the right to share PHI and that you will need the request for prayer to be shared on PrayerNet without sharing identifiable information such as name and specifics of kin.
